In Waffle Time, players top their waffles with fruit, cream, syrup and butter in eight rounds. To collect the desired topping, your own color marker is placed in the most lucrative free position on the selection board. The topping shown on the next two selection tiles in the same row can be placed on the waffle. It is worth paying attention to the instructions on the sample cards that are randomly revealed at the beginning of the game, as this will give the master bakers drops of syrup that earn them points. Whoever completes the task on a target card first can get a valuable butter tile, which can be used to collect additional gourmet points.
