Data collected and purpose of data use
We collect personal data on the basis of your consent, for the fulfilment of a contract with you and/or for the fulfilment of a legal obligation. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. - Usage data
When you visit our website, we collect usage data (e.g. the browser used, access times, product pages visited, device data, etc.), which we evaluate for statistical purposes, to optimise our services and to ensure system security.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order, as well as your service requests and for optimising our services. We forward personal data to specialised service providers such as delivery agents for the purpose of processing and handling your order, shipping, processing and maintaining customer data. - Data collected when placing an order as a registered user
Placing an order with us is particularly convenient. To this end, we offer you the option of registering for free – storing your personal data in a password-protected customer account independently of a single order. Your customer account simplifies the ordering process and offers: - Items are stored in your shopping cart so that you can continue shopping later.
- You do not have to re-enter your data with each order.
- You can access your data from anywhere and take advantage of international customer service.
- You can easily delete your personal data and your account by sending an email to service@yvolve.shop.
- Registration is absolutely free and non-binding for you.
To create a customer account, we need your name and email address. You can also provide us with your telephone number and birthday. You can view your customer account and the data stored there at any time. You can simply delete it by sending an informal email to service@yvolve.shop. Please note that this will delete the data collected for your customer account from the customer account in the online store, unless it is required to process current orders and/or to fulfil a legal obligation, in which case you will have to re-enter it when you place a new order.
To prevent misuse of your customer account, you should make sure that you log out of your customer account after each session/after each login. Some browsers offer to store the user name and password and automatically fill in this information the next time you visit the login page. You should be especially aware of this if you are using a public computer or a computer shared with other users. - International customer service
We provide you with the simplest, most convenient and most comprehensive customer service possible. To do this, you can contact us in German or English at service@yvolve.shop.
If you use our contact form to contact us with a request, we collect the data necessary for establishing contact (name, email address). Optionally, you can also provide your customer number and address so that we can process your service request more quickly and effectively. - Marketing
We also use your personal data for our own marketing purposes. For this, we collect your name, address and details of your orders. In addition, we collect further personal data that you can optionally provide (birthday, email address, telephone number, how you know us).

- the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored;
- the storage is or becomes inadmissible for other legal reasons.
However, if your data is deleted or blocked, you will no longer be able to use the corresponding services. The deletion of the data does not take place if there are legal obligations to retain it.
-
Your rights
Upon request, we will provide you with information about the data stored about you. The information can also be provided electronically. Likewise, at your request, we will correct, block or delete the data stored about you. Your right to deletion may be excluded by legal storage obligations. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. A revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
You have the right to request that we provide you with the data that we process using automated methods or that you have consented to use, in a machine-readable format, or to transfer it to other controllers.
Furthermore, you can object to the use, processing or transfer of your data, in particular for direct marketing (e.g. email advertising and magazines), at any time by notifying our data protection officer (at the above address or by email to service@yvolve.shop). There will be no transmission costs for this other than the basic rates. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. Our cookies do not contain any personal information and are used only for navigation and recognition.
We use two types of cookies: ‘persistent’ cookies, which remain on your computer for an extended period of time, and ‘session’ cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Permanent cookies help us to recognise you on a subsequent visit. However, you can manually delete these cookies in your browser if you wish. Session cookies are important so that you can, for example, fill your shopping basket during your visit and this is also retained until you have completed your order. These cookies also help us to analyse how customers use the webshop. This means that we can continue to optimise and improve the webshop.
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can allow or disallow temporary and permanent cookies independently of each other in the security settings. If you disable cookies, certain features on our site may not be available to you and some websites may not display correctly.
- Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Please note that Google Analytics has been configured on the website to ensure that IP addresses are recorded anonymously (so-called IP masking). Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
In addition, we use the Google Analytics advertiser features to capture impressions on the Google Display Network. In doing so, the website data is enriched with non-personal data from our Google advertising products.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the collection of data from Google advertising products and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
- Google Conversion Tracking
The success of our advertising campaigns via Google Ads is measured using the Google Conversion Tracking process from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (‘Google’). If you have been redirected to our website via a Google advert, a cookie will be placed on your computer. The cookie provides us with feedback on which offers our customers have used from our website. The cookies are automatically deleted after 30 days. Personal data is not transmitted to us in this process. If you wish to disable cookies for conversion tracking, you can set your browser to block cookies from the domain ‘googleadservices.com’. - Google Remarketing
We use the Google programme for interest-based advertising, known as Google Remarketing, for our shop. Based on cookies that have been stored for this purpose during previous visits to our shop, we can place ads on websites that match the interests of users. These ads contain either products that you have already viewed or products that might interest you based on your purchasing and surfing behaviour.
You can, of course, disable Google's use of cookies for these purposes: http://goo.gl/pB3EE
Alternatively, you can also generally disable the use of third-party cookies here. http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at this link:
http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
- Facebook Pixel
We use Facebook Custom Audience Pixel, a Facebook service, on our website. With the help of a cookie, it can be determined how our marketing measures on Facebook are received and how they can be improved.
This allows your behaviour to be tracked after you have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes in order to optimise future advertising measures.
The data collected is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about your identity. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This may enable Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook.
- Judge.me
Functions and contents of the Judge.me service may be integrated into our online offering, in particular for the collection and presentation of product reviews in our shop. Judge.me is provided by Judge.me LLC, PO Box 7403, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, USA. This includes, in particular, a rating and question & answer module on the product pages, which users can use to express their likes regarding the content and products and also to write their own content for other users.
Judge.me's privacy policy can be found at: https://judge.me/privacy
- TikTok
We use the so-called ‘TikTok pixel’ of the provider TikTok (for EU: TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH) on this website. This is a code that we have implemented on our site. With the help of this code, if you give your express consent, a connection is established with the TikTok servers when you visit our website in order to track your behaviour on our website. For example, if you buy a product on our website, the TikTok pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. There are no additional costs for this other than the basic rates.
Personal data such as your IP address and email address, as well as other information such as device ID, device type and operating system, may also be transmitted to TikTok. TikTok uses email or other registration or device information to identify users of our website and to associate their actions with a TikTok user account.
TikTok uses this data to display targeted and personalised advertising to its users and to create interest-based user profiles. The collected data is anonymous to us and cannot be viewed by us. We can only use it to measure the effectiveness of ad placements.
In principle, your data is processed within the EU or the EEA. To this end, a corresponding data protection agreement has been concluded with TikTok. If personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA, this is done within the framework of the Commission's model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. standard contractual clauses).
