Shipping policy

  1. Shipping costs
    There is no minimum order value!

    Depending on the country, different shipping costs apply:

    €5.95:     Germany up to 10 kg
    €9.95: Germany from 10 kg

    €10.95:     Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy

    €13.95:     Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Croatia, United States of America, Canada

    In our webshop, the prices quoted are calculated in euros including VAT (currently 19% or 7% for books and magazines). Postage and packaging are added to this.

    You will see all the costs again before the final order is placed, in the shopping cart checkout on the order confirmation page.

  2. Customs duties and fees
    When importing ordered goods into countries that are not members of the EU, import duties in the form of import sales tax and customs fees are due. We will already have completed the necessary forms for this. The import sales tax is levied on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to the VAT applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may be levied, which may vary greatly depending on the goods ordered and your country. Exact information can be obtained from your local customs office.

  3. Delivery
    We send all ordered items together in just one package. Within Germany, we deliver with Deutsche Post and DHL.

    Delivery time
    1. We deliver your order within 7-14 working days after receipt of order or payment, unless a different delivery time is indicated on the item.
    2. There may be a different delivery time for pre-order items, for example.
    3. The delivery time of your order always depends on the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time.
    4. We only ship complete orders. No items will be shipped in advance.
    5. If you need items with a shorter delivery time in advance, we ask that you place separate orders.
    6. The note ‘Immediately available’ on the item only means that the item is in stock, not that it will be shipped immediately.

  4. Packstation
    Shipping to a Packstation is possible. It is important that you do not forget to provide your post office number.

  5. Returns
    Without limiting the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you an extended 30-day returns guarantee for items that are also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
    Please note the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
