Right of cancellation and exceptions
You can cancel your order in accordance with the statutory right of cancellation without stating any reasons. You can find more information in the cancellation policy.
Please note: The right of cancellation does not apply to - contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software, such as games (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs) in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of tickets for events of any kind with a specific date or period (e.g. concerts);
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed (e.g. piercings, contact lenses);
- for the delivery of sealed goods that become unsaleable after opening, such as trading card games and board games and card games of all kinds.

Our voluntary extended returns policy
Without limiting the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary extended returns policy for a total of 30 days for items that are also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
If the conditions of our voluntary extended returns policy are more favourable for you, we will apply them to your cancellation.
As part of this voluntary take-back guarantee, we will cover the costs of the return shipment if you use our returns centre for returns from Germany. Otherwise, the same conditions apply for the voluntary take-back guarantee as for the statutory right of withdrawal (see our cancellation policy above), extended to 30 days.

Processing the return
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must submit a corresponding declaration. To do this, you can, for example, fill out the cancellation form and send it to us.
If you return the goods to us without comment within the cancellation period (i.e. without stating, for example, that you are returning the goods due to defects), this also counts as a declaration of cancellation.
We provide you with a free returns label in the returns portal for the return shipment.
Select your country in the returns portal and follow the instructions of our shipping service provider. Simply enter your address, then print out the automatically generated receipt and stick it on your package. In Germany, any Deutsche Post branch will accept it free of charge.

Returning faulty or defective items
Within the 30-day return policy, you can use our returns portal to return the item(s) in question. After these 30 days have expired, please contact customer service to initiate your complaint. Faulty or defective items will only be exchanged or refunded once the item has been returned to us and inspected by one of our employees.

You are explicitly not required to state reasons, but we would still like to ask you to fill out our returns info form and note or mark the reason for the cancellation.

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (yvolve Logistik - Retourenservice, Schwanenborg 9, 49835 Wietmarschen, email: service@yvolve.shop) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for the payment for the item that we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the goods and the notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment. We will deduct the shipping costs for the original shipment you paid.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods; you can create the return label on our website. You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
