Ich habe mich lang mit dem Vergleichen von Arkham Horror, Eldritch Horror und Villen des Wahnsinns beschäftigt und muss sagen, dass ich mit meiner Entscheidung sehr zufrieden bin! Wir haben schon einige Partien zu zweit, dritt oder viert gespielt. Allerdings ist es sehr empfehlenswert, die Erweiterung "vergessenes Wissen" mitzubestellen, ansonsten werden die Begegnungskarten recht schnell langweilig!
