The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Finland, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Iceland, Norway, Ukraine.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Different shipping costs apply depending on the country:
€5.95: Germany (up to 15kg)
International deliveries:
For all other countries, individual shipping costs will be calculated, depending on the shipping zone and weight.
Provision of digital vouchers:
No shipping costs apply for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers are provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing access data for the provision of digital vouchers will be sent within 96 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 7-14 working days, and for international deliveries within 14-21 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
