Shipping policy

  1. Shipping costs
    We do not have a minimum order value!

    Shipping costs vary depending on the country:
    €5.95: Germany (up to 15 kg)
    Individual shipping costs are calculated for all other countries. These depend on the shipping zone and weight.

    In our online shop, the prices quoted are in euros and include VAT (currently 19% or 7% for books and magazines). Postage and packaging are added to this.

    You will see all costs again before you finalise your order, in the shopping basket checkout on the order confirmation page.

  2. Customs duties and fees
    When importing ordered goods into countries that are not members of the EU, import duties in the form of import sales tax and customs duties are payable. We will fill out all the necessary forms for you. Import sales tax is levied on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to the VAT applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may be levied, which can vary greatly depending on the goods ordered and your country. 
    In addition, customs duties (depending on the type of product and weight) and a processing fee may be charged by the shipping service provider.
    These costs are calculated by customs or the responsible parcel service and are to be borne by the recipient.
    As a retailer, we have no influence on this and do not cover these charges.
    For detailed information on the fees incurred, we recommend contacting customs or the relevant shipping service provider directly.
    Important for shipments to Switzerland:
    For goods with a value of over CHF 62 including shipping costs, Swiss customs will charge import sales tax (VAT).

  3. Delivery
    We send all ordered items together in a single package. Within Germany, we deliver with Deutsche Post and DHL.

  4. Delivery time
    Delivery time within Germany: 
    We deliver your order within 7-14 working days after receipt of order or payment, unless a different delivery time is specified for the item. A different delivery time applies, for example, to print-on-demand items. The note ‘Immediately available’ on the item only means that the item is in stock, not that it will be shipped immediately.

  5. Important information about shipping pre-orders 
    If you pre-order an item, please note that the delivery time specified is based on the information we receive from the respective manufacturer or producer. We have no influence on the actual release or final shipping date of the product and are simply passing on the information available to us. In individual cases, there may therefore be delays over which we unfortunately have no control. Important: If you purchase other products in addition to a pre-order item in one order, we will ship everything together as soon as the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. Individual shipping is not possible in such cases. If you would like to receive certain items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

  6. Returns
    Without restricting the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee extended to a total of 30 days for items that are also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
    Please note the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

    You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  7. You can arrange the return yourself and send it back to our returns address.
